Abstract: "Un marito avaro": Alexander è un uomo che trama per disfarsi della moglie. Inizialmente pensa al divorzio, ma presto si convince che ci sono metodi più economici. "Ultimo ostacolo": Cash Bentley è un ostacolista ora troppo vecchio per gareggiare. Nonostante questo Cash costringe la moglie ad aiutarlo a correre un'altra corsa. "Tradizione di famiglia": Andrew Thurgood è nei guai. Ha appena scoperto che una donna ha rubato un prezioso girocollo nella gioielleria dove lui lavora e teme la rabbia del direttore.
