Abstract: Com'è la vita in una cantina di studenti a Teheran? I tre cuochi Mohammed, Ali e Ghorban lavorano duramente per preparare 600 kebab al giorno. Non c'è tempo per riposare. A volte cantano mentre il vapore delle enormi pentole di riso riempie l'aria. E come accade dappertutto, gli studenti sanno solo lamentarsi.
What is life like in a student basement in Tehran? The three cooks Mohammed, Ali and Ghorban work hard to prepare 600 kebabs a day. There is no time to rest. Sometimes they sing as the steam from the huge pots of rice fills the air. And as is the case everywhere, the students only know how to complain.
