Abstract: Dorothy Schultz è una scrittrice, un'impiegata nel settore delle risorse umane e una combattente di Muay Thai. Trascorre il suo tempo libero guidando attraverso il Midwest per combattere in palestre, bar squallidi e hotel. Questo film racconta gli allenamenti e i combattimenti che hanno luogo durante l'estate del 2010 mentre si allena per competere per il titolo di campione del mondo amatoriale a Des Moines. Dorothy Schultz is a writer, a human resources employee and a Muay Thai fighter. She spends her spare time driving across the Midwest to fight in gyms, seedy bars and hotels. This film chronicles the training and fights that take place during the summer of 2010 as she trains to compete for the title of world amateur champion in Des Moines. Interspersed with the ring fights are some fantasy scenes of female television heroines from the 1960s and 1970s.
